En publiant la vidéo, Charlotte a écrit: Next To You est le morceau le plus personnel du nouvel album. Patrick et moi l’avons écrit ensemble et nous voulions partager cette version spéciale avec vous – vous donnant un petit coup d’œil sur la façon dont elle a été écrite ; assis côte à côte à son piano dans son studio de Montréal.
